Instructions for how to use the heater in your campervan or motorhome
Some of our vehicles come with built in heating, through either reverse cycle air conditioning (Australia) or through a specific heating function within the vehicle (New Zealand).
To find the details on how to use your heater, please refer to the overview for your vehicle by scanning the QR Code in your vehicle. Each vehicle has its own instruction manual based on the generation (ie Gen 1, Gen 2 etc), which you can find out information on how to all of the features of your vehicle.
You can simply download the manual, and refer back to it whenever you need detailed instructions for your vehicle.
Additionally, we do have portable heaters which you can hire during the booking process from one of our branches should your vehicle not come with a built-in heater. These portable heaters can be used only when connected to mains power (240V) as they require a power socket to operate. We do not recommend leaving the portable heater running overnight whilst sleeping.
Please note: Some vehicle generations may vary - please ensure you are referring to the correct manual based on the generation and country. You can find the vehicle generation either via your QR code located inside your vehicle, or via your rental agreement where it states the generation.
