If you’re planning to travel to Tasmania or Hobart via the car ferry, please note that our branch in Hobart is now closed effective May 2025.
While you’re still welcome to take your campervan or motorhome vehicle across to the island, we recommend planning ahead, as on-road support and vehicle recovery in Tasmania may be more limited compared to mainland Australia.
In the event of a breakdown or issue, recovery assistance could take longer and may involve additional logistical challenges. We encourage you to ensure your travel plans account for this and to travel with extra care within Tasmania.
