From 1 October 2026, no additional card / merchant fee applies to any payments made for your booking in Australia, including amendments.
In New Zealand, a card / merchant fee may still apply. The % amount payable will be made known to you at the time of booking or amendment on our website.
This does not affect any other fees or charges that may apply to your booking in either country (such as cleaning fees, tolls, or excess reduction). Please refer to our Terms and Conditions on our website for full details.
