How do I make changes to my booking?

If you booked directly with us, you can edit your booking within my booking.
If you booked through a travel agent or third party, you’ll need to contact them to make any changes.

If you haven't picked up your vehicle yet:

Before collection, you can make changes to your booking through My Booking. This includes updating your dates, adding Excess Reduction or extras, change in locations, vehicle, and pick-up/drop-off times.

Once logged into my booking, within your booking summary you can edit your active bookings. You can update your booking from this page.

  • Edit your dates, location, excess cover and extras using the options on the right-hand side.

  • To change your vehicle, use the section in the centre of the page.

  • Follow the prompts to make your selection and confirm changes.

To access the portal, simply enter your last name, booking number, and pick-up location.

If you have already picked up your vehicle:

If you are currently on hire with us, to make changes to your booking including extending your hire period, you will need to contact us by phone or email.

Please note that any changes are subject to availability and approval by Star RV. Rates may also be re-calculated at the time of the amendment.

By proceeding with this Confirmed Booking or amendment, you acknowledge and agree that the booking is governed by the current Customer Booking Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy for the brand under which your booking is made available on the relevant website.
