Motorhomes and campervans must be dropped off and picked up during our branch opening hours. After-hours drop off is allowed for cars only and this service must be pre-arranged with us beforehand.

Airport to branch shuttle
Want a free ride? Here are three easy steps to get our absolutely FREE shuttle from Queenstown Airport to our branch:
Step 1
Get off the plane, stretch your legs, and smell the incredible South Island fresh air for the first time! Grab a takeaway flat white (it’s a Kiwi’s fave coffee).
Step 2
Our shuttle runs on demand, so first collect your bags and then call us on +64 9 374 4360 to follow the prompts to request your free shuttle ride. Our shuttle runs between 9am and 3:30 pm.
Step 3
After you have spoken to us on the phone to let us know you have arrived, to grab your free shuttle, follow the airport signage to Zone C for your pick-up.
Wondering if you’ll see us coming? Our shuttle van is bright green and purple, so it’s almost impossible to miss us!
Important information
Don’t forget to bring your driver’s licence, credit card or debit card when picking up your vehicle
Please ensure that you have the relevant funds available for your chosen excess reduction, authorisation and/or bond
If your driver’s licence is not in English, please remember to also bring an International Driver Permit or a Certified Translation of your driver’s licence.
All vehicles must be collected during branch opening hours.
